“I believe they [Eades, Gosling, and Willcox] couldn’t face the prospect of getting to undergo this ignominious process,” said one source.
A second source said: “Individuals are incandescent. It’s humiliating — you’re feeling such as you’re 21 again and applying to your first job on the BBC.”

Around 15 presenters are interviewing for six positions for the merger, with Deadline reporting they’re all being asked to do screen tests.
