Gilt yields have fallen sharply into afternoon trading amid rumours the Government is preparing a u-turn on guarantees made within the mini-budget. The FTSE 100 is down 1.5 per cent in afternoon trading. Amongst UK firms with reports and updates are EasyJet, Entain, Rank, World Chess, OnTheMarket, Hays and Workspace Group.
