Based on Sassuolo’s CEO, Giovanni Carnevali, West Ham United have made a £34 million offer for Gianluca Scamacca.
Based on reports coming out of France, the Italian international has his sights set on playing for Paris Saint-Germain. Moreover, Scamacca and the Ligue 1 winners have already agreed upon personal terms.
Moreover, PSG is simply offering £30 million for Scamacca, in keeping with Carnevali.
“Nothing is definite,” the Sassuolo chief explains, via Fabrizio Romano and Football Italia.
“West Ham are offering 40 million euros for Scamacca, and Paris Saint-Germain are offering 35 million euros. There are also some bonuses which might be different. ”
“There are issues that are usually not strictly financial,” Carnevali adds, hinting at Scamacca’s preference for Paris. “They’re tied to the technical project and what the player wants.”
“What we are able to say for certain is that we are usually not a club who’re forced to sell. So we’d like to take heed to the needs of the player, to the offers that are available. ”
