Sharing the speculation to Reddit, the fan wrote: “Charity and Chloe teaming as much as murder Mack?
“I can actually see this happening as much as she despises her.
“They’ll have an argument and Charity goes ‘You are only a s*****r who slept with my boyfriend and now your all lovey-dovey’ and Chloe will say ‘He lied to me about us being together he never loved or cared about me because he kept interested by you’ll you help me do away with him because I hate his guts’.”
The fan added: “Genuinely that is how it might play out lol.” (sic)
One other fan weighed in on the speculation, agreeing they’d wish to see Mack get his comeuppance.
They replied: “I’d hate for Charity to side with Chloe for anything as I would like Chloe humiliated too, she walks around along with her nose up within the air as if she’s innocent in all of this.
“I do hope Mack gets his comeuppance though, Possibly him working on the garage with Cain, could also be involved by some means.
“But I can already see this revenge happening then by Xmas or latest 12 months, Charity and Mack can be back together.”
Charity has also taken a backseat of late, but in accordance with Emmerdale boss Jane Hudson, the Dingle favourite can be a part of an enormous storyline in October.
“I believe with that story, it’s protected to say the viewers know we do Super Soap Week in October,” Jane teased.
“If there may be ever a plot to blow up around that point, it’s a love triangle that involves Charity!”
“So, I might watch this space for an additional couple of months,” she added.
