Holidaymakers hold on to ‘holiday glow’ feeling for as much as every week after coming back from trip | Travel News | Travel


Scrolling through holiday snaps and videos (40 percent), reminiscing about their favourite memories (34 percent), and sharing holiday stories with those that weren’t there (28 percent), are the highest 3 ways to attempt to hold onto the vacation glow.

Spamming their social media with holiday pictures and memories can be a preferred technique to lengthen the thrill for 14 percent – while 13 percent attempt to recreate among the dishes they’d on their travels back at home.

On average, travellers begin planning their trips 4 months prematurely – including selecting a destination, and booking or planning activities.
