Selling agent Mitch Lambert said in February their property on Monaco Street had attracted 50 enquiries in the primary 24 hours of it being listed.

Mr Lambert said the recognition of the house stemmed from the celebrity profile of the sellers, the Hamptons-style design and the actual fact it’s on a ‘brand-name street’.

The 2-storey house has five bedrooms, two of that are ensuite, 4 bathrooms, six toilets and a trendy home cinema.

There’s also a big balcony off the upstairs main bedroom, while one other bedroom boasts views of the nearby park and skyline.
