Here come the Celtics
Grant Williams with considered one of his best plays of the series stopping Jrue on the PnR then getting vertical to stop Giannis getting the pocket pass and going for the layup, then Jaylen gets the and one one in transition and it is a two possession game.
Bucks lead has been trimmed to 4, 92-88.

Bucks take 80-67 lead into fourth
This game continues to be a wrestling match with all this physicality, however the Bucks have taken a double-digit lead with some 3-point shooting here within the third quarter.
Bucks hit a pair jumpers they usually lead, 80-67, heading into the fourth quarter.

Robert Williams exits and comes right back
Rob Williams took a second shot to the face today as Bobby Portis’ elbowed him within the brow going for a rebound.
Williams was down for several minutes and was slowly helped to the locker room, still holding his face.
He’s now returned to the bench.

All gas, no brakes for Giannis
Giannis Antetokounmpo is feeling himself now.
Bucks just forced one other miss. Save by Connaughton. Antetokounmpo down the center, last second pass to Holiday. Bucks up, 66-56, with 6:14 left within the third.
And one big shimmy from Antetokounmpo as he ran back down the ground.

Who let 1988 in here?
Non-Giannis/Lopez Bucks 28 minutes into Game 3: 7-of-29, including 4-for-17 on 3s.
Tatum/Brown: 6-20, 0-of-5 on 3s.

We have a Battle in Milwaukee
I feel like I’m watching the Nineties Knicks grapple with Antonio Davis and Dale Davis.
Bucks lead 58-84 with 8:13 left within the third.

Injured from the sidelines
I’m injured just from watching that half.
Pretty sure 80 percent of possessions ended with at the least one body crashing to the court. The Celtics shot 33.3 percent from the sector. The Bucks couldn’t crack 40 percent either.

Mind-boggling first half motion
Scholars will spend centuries studying this primary half.
The Celtics are getting absolutely within the paint and Tatum/Brown are desperately fighting for a smidge of daylight. Giannis has been a monster tearing through Boston’s defense and already has his best scoring game of the series.
And yet, the Celtics are those dominating at the road and Giannis and Lopez have three fouls. If considered one of them has to sit down for foul trouble, Boston can finally start getting a few of their side-to-side drive and kick motion that dominated in Game 2.
Unsurprisingly, Giannis and Lopez were the primary ones out of the locker room to get shots up.

Celtics lead 50-46 on the break
The Bucks were 3-of-18 from 3 in Game 2. They’re 3-of-18 in the primary half of Game 3 tonight in Milwaukee.
The looks are even higher on this game from deep they usually’re just not hitting them.
Giannis Antetokounmpo has put together a robust first half though with 20 points and nine rebounds on 8-of-14 shooting. By setting screens for Allen and Connaughton, he has been capable of get favorable matchups in the primary half, however the Bucks just aren’t scoring enough.
The Bucks are down, 50-46, at halftime.

Third foul for Giannis
There was a player laying on the ground at the tip of just about every possession within the second quarter. We’re all going to get subpoenaed as witnesses by the point this game is over.
In other news, Giannis picked up his third foul closing out on Grant Williams and he’s out of the sport.
Big moment for the Celtics with Giannis running through them the past jiffy.

Playoff basketball is not all the time the prettiest
Neither team has mustered much offensively today.
Celtics lead, 32-31, with 6:58 left in the primary half, but each teams have an offensive rating within the 80s.
Bucks are 2-of-12 from 3. Celtics are 3-of-14 from 3. That is an unsightly, ugly game to this point.

Tatum puts Giannis within the rim
Jayson Tatum crashed into the stands on a quick break dunk when he got hammered by Giannis Antetokounmpo from behind.
Tatum held his left wrist for at the least a minute on the bottom, but was capable of shake it off. Something to keep watch over after he had that wrist wrapped after Game 2.

George Hill makes immediate impact
Early minutes from Milwaukee’s George Hill, making his first appearance within the postseason after missing the Bucks’ first seven playoff games with an abdominal strain, highlight why coaches trust vets within the postseason regardless that they have not played much.
On his first defensive possession, Hill beat Jayson Tatum to the baseline and drew an offensive foul on Boston’s superstar. On his first offensive possession, Hill set an “excuse me” pick deep within the paint that gave Giannis Antetokounmpo an unencumbered path to the basket.
Small, subtle, winning plays that will not show up within the box rating.

Bucks are getting up shots
The Bucks put up 18 3s in everything of Game 1. It’s clearly a priority for them here in the primary quarter. They led, 21-17, with 2:00 left in the primary quarter and had already tried eight triples. Only two have gone in, but they appear determined to stand up more 3s today.

Early change again for Boston
Second straight game Ime Udoka has swapped the Williamses out early in the primary when Rob wasn’t executing the sport plan defending Giannis. Celtics run a middle pick-and-pop for Grant immediately, which we have not seen much of this 12 months.
Bucks up 13-9 just a little greater than five minutes into the sport.

Recent lineup for Milwaukee
The Bucks are going with a latest starting lineup today: Jrue Holiday, Grayson Allen, Wesley Matthews, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Brook Lopez.
Since Khris Middleton sprained his left MCL, the Bucks have used a starting lineup with three big men. Now Bobby Portis has been moved back to a job off the bench for Allen. Within the second half Tuesday, the Bucks used Allen in dribble-handoffs and pick-and-rolls with Antetokounmpo, and that allowed the Bucks to interrupt the Celtics down off the dribble, something they struggled to do in the primary half with the three bigs of their starting lineup. Allen will get tested consistently on the defensive end of the ground.
