Reportedly, Nottingham Forest and Milan have reopened negotiations in an effort to finalize a trade for Tiemoue Bakayoko, a disgruntled midfielder.
The 27-year-old French player joined the Rossoneri on a conditional obligation to purchase clause two-year loan last summer from Chelsea.
Bakayoko’s plans didn’t work out as expected; he barely played under Stefano Pioli last season, and now the club is seeking to re-home him because they aren’t desirous about having him stay for an additional 12 months.
Nottingham Forest have reemerged, based on Calciomercato.com, to barter a contract with Milan and Bakayoko’s group.
After a difficult season, the footballer is desirous to move on from the Rossoneri and could be open to the switch.
