With food prices increasing by as much as 40 percent in some parts of the UK, many Britons can be feeling the pinch straight away.

The typical Briton spends £40.36 per person per week on food in accordance with Nimbelfins, yet there’s little doubt this figure is increasing every week.

Accountant Polly Arrowsmith has been trying out the various supermarket loyalty schemes for years and has some excellent tricks to share with others.
