Suzan Mutesi has hit back after being accused of shopping for one other 100,000 Instagram followers after she was called out for being a ‘fake influencer’.
Mutesi’s follower count has grown by 108,513 followers previously seven days after making her account public, without explanation.
Talking to Every day Mail Australia on Tuesday, the 36-year-old denied the claims and explained that was likely ‘the work of trolls’.

‘I didn’t buy any fake followers. I even have been busy working and should not have time to do any of that,’ she said.
‘The trolls are behind it,’ Mutesi insisted. ‘They’re those buying the followers to attempt to discredit me and make me look bad. It is not fair.’
Suzan said that she been ‘hurt’ by the claims against her and has been the victim of ‘relentless’ trolling online.

Talking to Every day Mail Australia last week, an emotional Ms Mutesi denied buying followers and said her numbers were so high because she is a ‘go-getter’.
The Sydney-based influencer, who describes herself on Instagram as an ‘Actor and Best Award Winning Writer’, said she ‘hustles hard’, and that her large following is because she has been around for a very long time.
‘I’ve collaborated with international artists internationally, not only Africa,’ she added.

‘It saddens me to listen to such words. These ridiculous claims are sad and pathetic and really childish,’ Mutesi said of recent allegations.
She continued: ‘I used to work as a dressmaker before I moved to Australia. I’ve travelled around the globe. I even have articles in Nigeria. I also sing.’
