A recent study by William Russell analysed the extent, quality and freedom of healthcare the world over. They studied aspects reminiscent of access to abortions, euthanasia legality, access to universal healthcare and the legality of medicinal cannabis, and revealed the country with the best health freedom is Switzerland.
British expats will find the best overall freedom in Switzerland relating to managing their very own health, because it has free universal healthcare, legal medicinal cannabis, lively voluntary euthanasia and available abortion services.
A complete of nine countries should not have a universal healthcare system in place, the vast majority of these countries are in Eastern Europe, including Latvia.
Which means that falling unwell in some countries can find yourself being an expensive affair for Britons.
