AS in Spain claim super-agent Jorge Mendes has offered Cristiano Ronaldo to Barcelona in a surprising twist.
It’s claimed Mendes recently dined with Barca president Joan Laporta during a recent visit to the town and Bernardo Silva, Wolves midfielder Ruben Neves and AC Milan’s Rafael Leao were also among the many topics discussed.
Mendes is currently searching for a latest side for Ronaldo, who has outlined his desire to quit Manchester United resulting from their lack of ambition within the transfer market.
The 37-year-old veteran has grown bored with watching the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool spend big on summer acquisitions, while United have bided their time before making any moves.
Ronaldo’s desire to quit has now seemingly sparked United into life with Tyrell Malacia set to reach from Feyenoord imminently. Christian Eriksen will even be joining the Red Devils.
