Manchester United’s Jesse Lingard has received a proposal from West Ham to play on the London Stadium once more.

When his deal at Old Trafford expires on July 1, the 29-year-old will have the opportunity to sign with any team.

On the conclusion of the 2020–21 season, Lingard enjoyed his time with the Hammers on loan, starting 16 Premier League games and scoring nine goals.

Areola made a reputation for himself last season when he played for West Ham and helped them get to the semifinals of the Europa League, where they lost to Eintracht Frankfurt.

The established first-choice, Lucasz Fabianski, who agreed to a one-year contract deal in May, and the 29-year-old are expected to compete for the highest spot.
